Also, you can evaluate the goods directly in the branch of "New Mail" and pay for it, if you are satisfied. This service is called "Cash on delivery".



Delivery in Ukraine:

- Service "New Mail" - tariffs can be specified on the official website of the company: novaposhta.ua; Payment is possible upon receipt (cash on delivery);

- When meeting with our courier, with prior arrangement;

- Postal parcel (Ukrposhta).

When ordering the delivery of goods by courier services (New Mail, etc.) - upon receipt, be sure to check the availability of the entire product in the order, as well as its appearance. In the event of damage to the goods, or incomplete ordering - it is necessary to refuse to receive the goods and pay for it, and also draw up an act (claim). In case of occurrence of a similar situation, please inform us about what happened on our phones.

"New Mail" provides 5 days of free storage of the order in its warehouse.

Delivery is carried out on working days - from 09:00 to 18:00; on Saturday from 09:00 to 14:00.

The city of Khmelnitsky will be delivered within two working days. In Ukraine - within three days.







Payment:


- Cash on delivery - payment for the goods in cash upon receipt of the parcel at the courier office. Available throughout Ukraine at delivery of the goods by courier mail "Nova Posta". The cost of the service to return money to the sender: from 20,0grn + 2% of the order amount.

- Cash courier - for Khmelnitsky.

- Transfer of funds to the Privatbank card.
