When transporting goods by the company "New Mail" we were not recorded cases of poor-quality transportation. Therefore, we encourage our customers to use the transport services of this company.
But also you can use the services of other companies. Such as Ukrposhta, Intime, etc.
You can pay for the ordered goods in such ways:
- Cash, when meeting with our courier;
- Transfer of funds to the PrivatBank card (check with the manager for the card number);
- Cash on receipt of parcels by courier service "New Mail", when ordering by cash on delivery.
Delivery of goods:
Sending your orders is carried out within two days in the city of Khmelnitsky, and within 3 working days in Ukraine.
Delivery is possible in such ways:
- Our courier in the city of Khmelnitsky;
- Sending by courier services (New Mail, Intime);
- Postal parcel (Ukrposhta). Please note that for sending goods Ukrposhta to the amount of the order should be added 15-20 UAH. depending on the volume of the package;
- Cash on delivery - payment on receipt at the New mail department.
When ordering delivery by courier services (New Mail, etc.) - on receipt, be sure to check the availability of the entire product in the order, as well as its appearance.
In the event of damage to the goods, or incomplete ordering - it is necessary to refuse to receive the goods and pay for it, and also draw up an act (claim). In the event that this situation occurs, be sure to inform us about the incident on the phones indicated on the site.
